Marine & Fresh Water Quality Modelling

Air Pollution Modelling (Industrial/Urban)
WSC has expertise in numerous software modelling packages to perform environmental assessments of both industrial and urban aerial emissions. Our approach to quality means our work stands up to both public and regulator scrutiny.

Geological & Hydrological Services - Land Contamination
WSC has significant experience in the provision of effective solutions to the soil and groundwater contamination issues of large industry, property developers, housebuilders, owners of brownfield sites, as well as UK Local Authorities and other regulatory bodies. No site is too small to benefit from our skills in assessing the environmental impact of brownfield or industrial sites.
Services include:
· Desk study, conceptual site models, site investigation, pollutant linkage characterisation and risk assessment for planning permissions and Part2A requirements
· Risk assessment for hazardous ground gases, human health and pollution to controlled waters, including the development of powerful numerical hydrogeological models (Modflow)
· Development of site-specific environmental monitoring strategies, plus data handling tools, including tailor-made GIS and database systems
