| Quality Statement |
| The Quality Policy Statement is an explanation of what quality means to WRI and WSC and how we expect to achieve it. The Policy is endorsed by the Principal/Chief Executive Officer and implemented at all levels and in all areas of the organisation. |

- It is our policy to provide services that meet or exceed the expectations of our customers at a price that provides value for money while maintaining the profitability of the organisation.
- We will ensure that all our staff are proficient in the organisation’s Quality Management System. Working within its procedures will enable staff to deliver services on time, to an agreed standard and within budget.
- We expect our staff to maintain a high level of specialist knowledge, to listen to our customers and to work with them to understand, anticipate and meet their needs.
- We will provide suitable and sufficient resources and training to enable our staff improve their services to the customer. All members of staff are expected to demonstrate their commitment to continual improvement.
- Senior management will set measurable Quality Objectives that are consistent with the business plan and the Quality Management System. These will be communicated throughout the organisation and reflected in group and individual objectives.
