| Westlakes Research Institute is located on the Westlakes Science & Technology Park, set in 132 acres of landscaped parkland on the edge of the Lake District. The spacious and modern building, designed to accommodate both major conferences and smaller meetings and seminars, provides an ideal working and learning environment. |

| Liability |
| The Institute does not accept responsibility for the loss of or damage to property brought onto Institute premises. The External Organiser agrees to indemnify and to keep the Institute indemnified against all liabilities, loss, damage expense, costs and claims by any person in respect of injury or loss or damage to property howsoever caused during the use of Institute premises. |

| Reparation |
| The External Organiser will be responsible to the Institute for making good to the satisfaction of the Institute any damage done to Institute premises, furniture or other property consequent upon the use of Institute premises by persons attending such courses or events. |
